He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert McKinley and Zelma Wiley Brown; his wife Carol Brower Brown; and his siblings, Ann B. Johnson, Glenn Brown, Alton Brownie Brown and Juanita Brown Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie C. Brown of Sylvania, GA, Douglas Counts of Sylvania, GA, Vickie B. Overstreet (Freddie) of Sylvania, GA, Holly M. Griffin (Chris) of Sardis, GA, Cindy C. Quinones (Steve) of Rincon, GA, Al M. Brown (Sherry) of Meadville, MO and Dale Collins (Sandy) of Pensacola, FL; and his siblings, Bernard Brown (Sandra), Marie "Nutty", Bob Holtzclaw, Margaret Kimbrell (Arnold) and Eloise Collins. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
