He is survived by: his mother Corine Hill Stokes Farr; his children, Denise Scarborough, Travis Waters, Dakota Burke and William Patrick Stokes; and his brother Roger Stokes of Sylvania, GA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
