He was predeceased by: his father William Randolph "Buddy" Waters Sr.; his son Jason Randolph Waters; and his sister Joann W. Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Tisha Waters; his daughters, Leigh W. (Mike Dotschay) and Lindsey W. (Tyson Bennett); his sister Donna W.; his grandchildren, Sidnie Dotschay, Brinson Dotschay, Annaston Dotschay, Ty Bennett and Avari Bennett; and his mother-in-law Beverly Brinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
