She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillie Hodges and Odell Davidson Hodges; and her son Vic DeVane. She is survived by: her husband Elio Fernandez of Sylvester; her sons, Tony DeVane and Tim DeVane; her stepchildren, Eliot Fernandez, Ruben Fernandez and Mayra Fernandez-Yon; her grandchildren, Amanda Price, Brad DeVane, Erica DeVane-Simpson and Josh DeVane; and her brother B. F. Hodges. She is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren 16 great-grandchildren.
