She is survived by: her husband James Polk; her daughter Shalonda Polk; her stepdaughter Aija Boatwright; her grandchild Ja'kerria Walker; her son Walker; her siblings, Lora Lewis, Gloria Youmes, Debra Jackson and Alfonza Jackson; and her sister-in-law Vivian Jackson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
