He is survived by: his wife Judy Ellen Barber Hughey of Sylvester; his children, Sherri Barrs (Craig) of Douglas and Richard Dean Hughey of Sylvester; and his siblings, Debbie Daniel of Covington, TN, Thomasine Hughey of Covington, TN, Benton Hughey of Collierville, TN, Wayne Hughey of Covington, TN and Kenneth Hughey of Covington, TN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
