He is survived by: his close friend Cynthia Lynn Averitt of Sylvester; his son Jason Doggett (Carrie) of Tifton; his grandchildren, Hayley Doggett, Trent Doggett, Sarah Doggett and Travis Doggett; his brother Levon Doggett of Thomaston, GA.; and also, Ashleigh Averitt, John Averitt and Nicholas Averitt.
