Monk of Sylvester, Georgia, born in Albany, Georgia, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Ridley Monk; and her children, Sue Monk Kidd (Sanford), Wade Monk (Gayle), Bob Monk (Ann) and Don Monk (Karon). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Best Friends Humane Society in Sylvester, Georgia.
