He is survived by : his siblings, Allen Jesse Howell (Nell) of Taylor, SC., Ronnie Howell (Delores) of Tifton and Beth O'Kelley of Tifton; and his sister-in-law Jane Howell of Worth County. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
