He is survived by : his siblings, Evelyn Weatherington of Carrollton, GA, Paul Payne of Morganton, GA, James Payne of The Villages, FL, Hugh Payne of New Port, NC and Thomas Payne of Ellijay, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
