She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Kaczorowski and Mary Margaret Kaczorowski. She is survived by: her husband Richard Clendenin; her sons, Richard Allen Clendenin, Jr. and Jeremy Clendenin; and her grandchildren, Richard Clendenin, III, Tyler Clendenin, Logan Clendenin and Maxx Clendenin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
