As we bid adieu to Grace's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Grace has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Ernest Pirkle and Dora Estella Wilson Pirkle; her husband Glendon Shadburn; and her son Wallace Shadburn. She is survived by: her sons, Harold Shadburn (Connie) of Talmo, GA, Darryl Shadburn (Lisa) of Talmo, GA and Douglas Shadburn (Mary) of Talmo, GA; and her sister Wyolene Reed Parker (Fred) of Gainesville, GA.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
