She is survived by: her husband William H. Smith of Tarrytown, GA; her children, Wendell Alan Smith (Wendy) of Montrose, GA, Patricia Howard (Dan) of Gray, GA and Ellen Clifton (Steven) of Dublin, GA; her grandchildren, Jackson Smith, Carson Smith, Caroline Smith, Scott Howard and Madison Howard; and her great grandchild Jude Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
