He is survived by: his wife Sharon Turner England of Tate, Georgia; his sisters, Louise Morrison of Gainesville, Georgia and Irene England of Gainesville, Georgia; his nephew Thor Morrison (Lee Ann) of Richmond, Kentucky; his great-nephews, Jim and Tom Morrison of Richmond, Kentucky; his great-niece Anne Morrison of Richmond, Kentucky; his stepsons, David (Allison) and Matthew Duckett; and his stepgrandchildren, Kaylan, Dakota, Jackson and Skylar Rose Duckett.
