He is survived by: his children, Rachael Wilson, Colleen Wagenaar, Johnny Salter, III (Louann), Chris Salter, Antonio Johnson Mr (Patrice) and Johnathon Salter; and his sisters, Evelyn Salter, Minnie Salter, Lillie Mathis (Leroy), Vickie Mathis (Jerry), Lowanda Watts and Linda Reaves (Darryl). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; several other relatives and friends.
