He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Hooks and Lizzie Pearl Knight Hooks. He is survived by: his wife Pam May Hooks of Tennille; his children, Jason Hooks of Tennille, Amanda Rene Poff (Benjamin) of Nashville, TN and Sarah Lynn Hooks Osburn (Brian) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Evelyn Rose Poff, Chloe Joy Poff, Owen Christopher Osburn and Ford Joseph Osburn; and his siblings, Glenda Hammett Starkey of Sandersville, Timothy Burgamy of Milledgeville and Jimmy W. Hooks of Sandersville.
