It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Elaine Kennedy of Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen Pitts and Lillie Bell Ellerbee Pitts; and her sister Allyne Hightower. She is survived by: her husband Luke Kennedy; her children, Debby Anderson (Brian) of Griffin and Rex Kennedy (Karen) of Thomaston; her sister Carol Mastin (Eddie); and her grandchildren, Katy Presley, Christian Watson and Camille Anderson. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
