We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2019, at the age of 90, Betty Ruth Austin (Thomaston, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William K. Hayes and Mary Elizabeth DeLoach Hayes; and her husband Julius Day Austin. She is survived by: her children, Linda Perdue (David) of Thomaston, Mike Austin (Lisa) of Thomaston, Wayne Austin (Hope) of Thomaston, Andy Austin of Thomaston and Barry Austin of Thomaston; and her sister Rhunette Ellington of Thomaston. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
