With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettye Shiflet of Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on September 3, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred P. Ward and Pauline Coates; and her son Steve Shiflet. She is survived by: her husband Ed Shiflet of Thomaston Ga; her children, Allison Henderson (Rod) of Athens Ga and Bruce Shiflet of Brunswick Ga; and her grandchildren, Rustin Shiflet, Andrew Henderson (Megan), Ashley Bennett (Daniel) and Summer Shiflet (Dylan). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Thomaston- Upson Cancer Car.300.
