He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Harvey; and his brother Travis Harvey. He is survived by: his sons, William "Bill" Harvey Jr., Warner Robins Ga, Todd Harvey (Ann Marie) of Birmingham Al and Matt Harvey (Michele) of Thomaston Ga.
