He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mildred Fowler of Thomaston Ga; his daughters, Karen Truesdale (Bert) of Thomaston Ga and Jan Duke (Steve) of Thomaston Ga; his siblings, Jimmy Fowler (Sandra) of Rome Ga and Carolyn Latrell of Buckeye Az; his grandchildren, Amanda Owens, Alden Moore, Grant Owens, Dawson Duke and Kaden Duke; and his great grandchild Asher Owens.
