He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Elliott of Thomaston; his children, Michelle Weaver (Dennis) of Meansville and Billy Elliott, Jr.; his wife Diane of Thomaston; his sisters, Ann Parrott of Thomaston and Linda Jenkins (Frank) of Thomaston; Cody Adams (Heather) of Thomaston and Gary Royal (Wendy) of Thomaston. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
