He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Stallings and Ruth McGraw Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Washam Stallings of Thomaston; and his sons, Jeff Stallings of Thomaston, Chad Stallings of Griffin and Mayor John David "J. D.".
