He is survived by: his sibling Oaks Baptist Tabernacle; his wife Jackie Hamby of Thomaston; his children, Wendy Moncrief (Corey) of Spring, TX, Kristina Pemberton (Jeff) of Newland, NC, Robert Hamby of Yatesville, GA and Anthony Wallace (Karen) of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Hazel James of Macon, GA, Runette Bobo (Richard) of Macon, GA, Elizabeth Harris, Ernestine Fordham (Larry) of Thomaston, GA, Diane Hamby (Gil) of Snellville, GA and Benny Hamby of Thomaston, GA.. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
