He is survived by: his children, Christy Gassett Martin (Randall), Ray Gassett (Mary) of Thomaston Ga and Chris Gassett (Andrea); and his sisters, Lola Medders of Savannah Ga and Geraldine Wendland of Thomaston Ga. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.
