He is survived by: his children, Dolores Bell (Gary) of Barnesville and Charles C. Partain of Thomaston; his sisters, Jennie Van Winkle of Breman, Betty Baughcum of Griffin and Sylvia Green of Thomaston; his grandchildren, Nathan Bell (Kelly) and Becky Bell; and his great grandchild Cooper Bell.
