He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Adair and Ora Lee Avant Adair; his grandson Brandon Charles Weaver; and his siblings, Ray Adair, Newana Teal and Joyce Salter.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia E. Adair of Thomaston; and his daughters, Angela Birdsong (Mike) of Thomaston and Susan Allen (Jimmy) of Thomaston. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
