He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Claude Harwell. He is survived by: his wife Martha Harwell; his daughters, Jessica Long of Orlando, FL and Maggie Hernandez of Toledo, OH; his mother Yvonne Smallwood Harwell of Orchard Hill; his sister Kelly; his brother-in-law Sonny Spear of Griffin; and his sibling's children, Holly Spear and Rusty Spear. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
