He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Taylor and Mildred Goodman Taylor; his siblings, Gary Taylor and Margaret Ruth Taylor; and his niece Lori Anne Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda Hewett Taylor; his sons, Andrew Brookins Taylor (David Beavers) and David Hewett Taylor (Jennifer); his sister Norma Ward of Warm Springs, GA; and his grandchildren, Trinity Taylor and Hylan Taylor. He is also survived by Two nieces, one nephew, and a great niece.
