It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Fogarty Watson of Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fogarty and Edna Kelley Legg; and her brothers, Ray and Robert Fogarty. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Thiel of Thomaston, Judy Ingram of Thomaston, Terry Watson (Carolyn) of Thomaston and Tim Watson (Tammy) of Thomaston. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
