She was predeceased by: her parents, James N. Hancock, Jr. and Louise Russell Hancock. She is survived by: her husband Charles Larry Neighbors of Thomaston; her sons, Jeff Neighbors (Alicia) of Thomaston and Lee Neighbors (Kristi) of Sarasota, FL; her brother James N. Hancock, III (Carol) of Dunwoody, GA; and her grandchildren, Kaylee, Kara Beth, Levin, Ashlee and Kyle Neighbors. She is also survived by mother and wife, raising her two sons.
