She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Blount and Mary Ida Griffin Blount; her husband Douglas E. Flournoy; her son Douglas Franklin Flournoy; and her siblings, John Will Blount, James E. "Doc" Blount, Joe Blount and Mattie Gibby.
She is survived by: her sons, Lewis Jackson "Jack" Flournoy of Thomaston and Raymond Eugene Flournoy of Guyton, GA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
