It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Carter Starley (Thomaston, Georgia), who passed away on April 29, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Starley; and her siblings, Gwenda Jenkins, Betty Thrasher, Judy Kent and Bobby Gleaton.
She is survived by: her daughter Christy Holliman (Chad) of Thomaston; her sister Joann Sledge of Albany; her sister-in-law Peggy Gleaton of Thomaston; her granddaughter Chasity Parks (Ryan) of Butler; and her pets, Sadie and Colt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of ones choice in honor of Mrs. Starley.
