He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Owen and Mary Allen Owen. He is survived by: his wife Mae P. Owen; his children, Mary Hankinson (Randy) and Allen G. Owen; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle Anne-Marie Hankinson of Thomaston, Thomas Randell Hankinson, Jr. of Thomaston, Elizabeth Catherine Leonard of Thomaston and Charlotte Mackenzie Hankinson of Thomaston.
