She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady and Bessie Gooch Fleming, Sr.; her husband James E. Huckaby; her sons, Jerry Wayne Huckaby, Sr., Tommy Huckaby and Charles Huckaby; and her brothers, Rufus Fleming, Grady Fleming, Jr. and Donnie Ray Fleming.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Thompson and Terry Huckaby of Thomaston; her daughter-in-law Kathy Huckaby of Thomaston; and her sister Martha Ann McLendon of Thomaston. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
