It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace McAlister of Thomaston, Georgia, born in Mauk, Georgia, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kent and Quillie Foster Kent; her former husband Harry Timothy Orrell; her husband Russell McAlister; her siblings, Elmer Kent and Mary Posey; and her great grandchild Dylan Orrell.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Burks (Danny) of Thomaston Ga, Karen Orrell of Thomaston Ga, Lamar Orrell and Tim Orrell (Elo); and her sister Doris Pitts of Thomaston Ga. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
