He was predeceased by: his adoptive parent Willie Miller; his wife Sara Miller (Starr); and his son Kenneth Miller. He is survived by: his children, Doug Miller (Nina) of Thomaston, Lyn Bergen (Philip) of Antioch and Jeanie Ponder (Ricky) of Manchester; and his grandchildren, Michelle Miller, Melanie Adams, Brandon Ponder, Ben Ponder, Eli Bergen and Lars Bergen. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
