He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartez Lamar Pitts Sr. and Lillie Lois Allen Pitts; and his sister Lynn Watson. He is survived by: his son Tyler Walker Pitts; and his sisters, Barbara Anthony (Wayne), Kathy Tillman (Curtis), Elaine Chapman (Chuck) and Susan Pitts. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
