He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Richard and Ann McCall Richard; his former wife Rita; his son Stephen Richard; and his brother Frank Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Nell Richard; his children, Ann Marie DeJesus (George), Theresa Fox (John), Maryellen Bolger (David), Dennis (Nancy), Brian, Thomas (Joanne), David (Sabine) and Joseph Richard (Janet); and his brother Dr. James Richard of Holland, PA.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
