He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Windham and Lala Jane Ivey Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Annette P. Caldwell; his children, Julie Freeland (Scott) of Leesburg and Jack Caldwell (Giselle) of Sugar Hill; and his brother Leo Caldwell (Mary Jean) of Zebulon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
