He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Terry and Kathryn Hill Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Angela Warren Chambers; his children, Laurie Holmes (Stephen) of Zebulon, Lindsey Matthews (Judson) of Thomaston, Emily Nall Patch (Brandon) of Rome and Will Nall (Ashley) of St. Petersburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Anna Grace Holmes, Warren Matthews and Jackson Matthews.
In accordance with health guidelines due to the COVID 19 pandemic, those attending the service are requested to practice physical distancing.
