He is survived by: his fiancée Connie Frady; his children, Lindsey Anderson (David) of Thomaston, Faith Brooks (Timmy) of Dahlonega, GA, Scott Gaultney of Zebulon, Jeff Booth of Jasper, GA, Bryan Booth (Kay) of Dawsonville, GA, Hank "Blue" Frady of Dahlonega, GA and Jacob Frady (Christina) of Cumming, GA; and his sisters, Kaye Heath of Conyers, GA and Susan Johnson of Zebulkon. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and12 great-grandchildren.
