He was predeceased by: his brothers, Cecil Edward Foster and Woodrow Wilson Foster Jerry (Woody); and his wife Sharon Smith Foster Paterson. He is survived by: his son William Edward Foster (Ed); his sister Martha Jenelle Etheridge; his grandchildren, Austin Foster, Zack Foster and Chance Foster; and his pet Rachel.
