We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021, at the age of 87, June Deavours Worsham of Thomaston, Georgia, born in Leslie, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loomis E. Deavours and Vera Wallace Deavours; her husband Grover C. Worsham; and her siblings, Jane Bass, Mary Owens and Wallace H. Laramore.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Renfroe (Frank) of Thomaston and Wayne Deavours Worsham (Becky) of Donalsonville, GA; her grandchildren, Lindsay Worsham Dickerson (Ben) of Nicholson, GA, Logan Worsham Holt (Jamie) of Johns Creek, GA and Ryan Clayton Renfroe (Georgianne) of Anchorage, AK; her great grandchildren, Cole, Connor and Jackson Wayne Dickerson of Nicholson, GA; her sisters, Joan Cordell (Ed) of Americus, GA and Joy Touchton (Dewey) of Deltona, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Emma Deavours of Duluth, GA and James Owens of Birmingham, AL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
