He is survived by: his wife Myra Stephens Boyt; his children, Cody Austin Boyt and Ashley Boyt Ledbetter (Cody Ledbetter); his grandson Tucker Lewis Boyt; his mother-in-law Shirley Stephens Johnson (Eugene Johnson); and his sibling's children, Kristen Slaton, Brittney McElhenney, Jamey, Chelsea McElhenney, Riley, Kayden, Tucker, Jackson, Ashton, Jennifer McElhenney, Stephen and Hayden Sample.
