He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Blair and Betty Chapman Johnson. He is survived by: his aunt Sylvia Chapman; his sibling's children, Ashley Johnson, Brittney Smith and C. J. Johnson; and his cousins, Clay Chapman and Sandy Chapman.
