He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Jackson Flournoy. He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Foster Flournoy (Peggy Flournoy); his children, Samantha Nipper (Joey) of Barnesville, Jamie Lewis and Johnny Flournoy; his siblings, Jack Flournoy (Alicia) and Tricia Goins (Kenny) of Barnesville; his grandchildren, Thomas Logan, Wesley Nipper, Athena Lewis, Abbi Ross, Kameron Nipper and Johnny Dwayne Kennith Flournoy; and his sister-in-law Pam Pearson (Shaun Childres) of Hart County.
