He is survived by: his parents, Larry "Flap" Fordham Sr. of Molena Ga and Ernestine Hamby Fordham of Molena Ga; his wife Lisa Dowdy Fordham of Thomaston Ga; his children, Brittany Fordham Tanner (Frank) of Thomaston Ga, Jared Fordham (Whitney) of Greenville Ga and John Fordham (Grace) of Thomaston Ga; his brothers, Marty Fordham (Wendy) of Thomaston Ga and Rodney Fordham (Tina) of Molena Ga; and his grandsons, John Wyatt Fordham and Marcel Fordham.
