She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Eugene King, Sr. (Steven Goins); and her stepdaughters, Sharon King and Kathy King. She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Carpenter and Audrey Carpenter of North Carolina; her children, Angel (Joe Williams), Breeana King (Blake Brown), Donnie (Lindsey King) and Elisha King; her stepchildren, Robbie King, Christian Reid, Darrell Reid, DeeDee King, Matt Goins and Mandy Goins; her grandchildren, Kane Williams, Brittany Guin, Kody Williams and Trent Oglesby; her great grandchildren, LeeRoy, Willow, Lydia, Hayzleigh and Kami; and her brother Mike Carpenter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
