She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Fowler and Mary Daniel Fowler; and her siblings, Milwood Fowler and Patsy Fowler Smith. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Dean Fowler of Louisville, Beth Smith Neely-Hadley (Byron) of Warm Springs and Julie Smith Williams (Ashley) of North Augusta; her great-nieces, Lauren Neely Allen, Brittany Neely Carroll (Keith), Shannon Neely, Kristen Williams White (Dustin) and Morgan Williams Cerasuolo (Travis); her great-nephew Jeffrey Williams; her children, Landon, Abby, Mya, Katy, Laikleigh, Reed and Remi; and also, Maddie, Neely, Harper, Charleigh and Truitt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Raintree Children's Village, 3757 Johnston Road, Valdosta, Georgia 31601.
